And to make this even easier, don’t forget that you can shop online and we will do the rest! Remember: you got this!

Breakfast: Juice Bar Smoothie

For a quick and caffeinated start to the day we head over to our Juice Bar. We like to order a Banff Express Smoothie with a scoop of protein. This smoothie has two shots of Snake River Roasting White Spider Espresso, a full scoop of bananas, and a bit of chocolate to get your day started off bright. Espresso not your thing? Take a look at all of our other delicious smoothies and pressed juices right here.

Lunch: Meal Prep

This year we are all about the meal prep. Making one large portion to last you throughout the week is genius. It cuts down on cooking time later and keeps you on track with your goals. Here are some of our favorite tips from Delish.com. And don’t forget we have a fully stocked bulk aisle to help you get what you need, cut down on packaging, and save a little more money!

Dinner: Slow-Cooker

Speaking of saving you time. Our next go-to is a slow-cooker dinner. Walking into a house that smells delicious after a day at the office or hitting the slopes… well, it might just be our favorite thing. Here is a list of some hearty and healthy slow cooker meals to add to your meal plan!

Game Day: Nachos!
