Nuts & Seeds: almonds, pecans, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds.
Fruits & Berries: dried fruit like raisins, cranberries, dates, figs, apples, blueberries, currants, goji berries, mango, apricots, pineapple, banana chips & grated coconut
Crunchy Bits: granola, pretzels, corn snacks, rice cracker snack mix & sesame stix
