Our full-service butcher shop-known as Choice Meats-has been a valley favorite for almost two decades. The shop came under the ownership of Jackson Whole Grocer in 2005 and is the only business in the region to carry the authentic, original, signature prepared-meat recipes and custom cuts that Choice Meats is known for. We use the best fresh ingredients (never with any inferior ingredient substitutions), and if you buy it from us with the Choice Meats label, you know you're really truly the getting the best. Remember, if it's not at Jackson Whole Grocer, then it's not Choice Meats.
To complement our Choice Meats full-service butcher shop, we also offer a wide selection of frozen organic and natural Choice Meats, marinated meats, seasoned dishes and prepared foods to take home, all under the trusted Choice Meats name.
Our self-serve meat department is comprised of two parts:
- A fresh-meat case where you can grab a house-prepared freshly sliced cut of meat that's ready to go.
- A frozen case where we carry the widest variety of prepared foods and easy take-home items in the region.
