When you shop at Hole Fish we tell you where our products came from, how they were caught, when they were caught, and if the product is fresh or previously frozen. We believe in transparency. That means when you buy seafood from us, you know exactly what you are getting. We want to make buying seafood easy and enjoyable for our customers. We put a lot of work & research into the fish we buy and we want to pass that knowledge along to you. We feel shoppers should be able to make informed choices, but that requires information. So we give you plenty of it ... including recipes to help prepare your meal. Their system rates most seafood products as either a "best" choice, a "good" choice or one to "avoid". We do NOT offer any items in our fresh fish case that are rated as “Avoid”. Additionally, we label every seafood item in our fresh case to show where the seafood is from, how it was caught and the corresponding sustainability rating.We are the only locally based seafood distributor in Wyoming and we greatly appreciate your business.
