Using only the best and tastiest ingredients, we make a full line of artisan breads, pastries, pies, cakes, cookies, scones, muffins and other desserts. These treats can be found throughout our store under the Jackson Whole Grocer and Harvest Bakery labels. Looking for iced cupcakes made with traditional European butter and organic cane sugar? A blueberry spelt muffin or pecan cookie sweetened with maple syrup and agave?Or maybe a dairy-free or gluten-free dessert ... vegan chocolate cake ... a loaf of hot yeasty bread or a loaf made from a sourdough culture? Par-Baked Bread (n):A type of bread made by machines in a bread factory and then shipped frozen to your local supermarket, where it's baked in their ovens. A new innovation that brings good-tasting bread to towns everywhere. Has good flavor. A big improvement over typical supermarket bread. Not as good as real bread.
